We have many years of experience in providing our customers with superior Ion Exchange Reverse Osmosis plant. These are the RO manufactured as per requirement of the norms and with the implementation of latest and innovative techniques. These plants are used for removing the ion contents which are present in the water, through the process of demilitarization.
Water Softeners:
These plants are outfitted with softeners, which assists the process of softening.
It is a process that is utilized for reducing hardness forming ions that precipitate and form scale at very low temperatures and pressures
• An ion exchange process wherein the hardness forming ions are changed with sodium ions present in the resin group
Our softening plants come with versatility in flow, flexibility in resin quantities, and ease in operation.
Demineralization:
This helps in dissolving the solids and this is the basic process. This process removes the present in water and removes them effectively.
• A Demilitarization Plant comprises two pressure vessels that contains cation and anion exchange resins
• Varied ion exchange resins can be used for both the cation and the anion process
• The cations in the water (i.e. calcium, magnesium and sodium) pass through the cation exchange resin where they are chemically exchanged for hydrogen ions
• The water then passes through the anion exchange resin where the anions (i.e. chloride, sulphate, nitrate and bicarbonate) are chemically exchanged for hydroxide ions
• The process completely depends on the type of impurities in the water and what the final water is used for
• The cation resin operates in the hydrogen cycle
• The final water from this process consists essentially of hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions, which is the chemical composition of pure water
Mixed Bed:
These are used to polish the water and come after the cation and anion standard vessels.
• The bed is an intimate mix of anion and cation resins
• Never operated to exhaustion but are regenerated on time and volume
• These resins are not regenerated at a pre-set time according to conductivity
