Perfect St. line creasing is obtained due to non shrinking, hardened and ground material used for the knife. The knife is properly guided in guide ways provided. Cartridge type heaters are used as heating element which gives longer life than others. The creasing margin can be adjusted from 0.5mm to 10mm. The heat controller is inbuilt within the machine to avoid electrical connection failure.
